What Would Make the BiFiles Forum Easier or More Accessible to Use?

A forum can contain useful discussions and still feel difficult to navigate, read, understand, or join.

BiFiles is designed as a calm, topic-based space where visitors can read quietly and registered members can reply to existing conversations. As the forum grows, categories should remain clear, discussions should be easy to find, and people should understand how to participate without searching through long instructions.

Accessibility is not only about whether a page technically works. It can also involve:

– readability, headings, contrast, and text size
– mobile or keyboard-friendly navigation
– clear language, links, buttons, and error messages
– understanding what happens after registering, clicking, or replying
– concentration, disability, language confidence, or limited internet access
– understanding how the Forum, Chat, FAQ, Articles, Stories, and Reviews differ

You may notice something that feels confusing, unnecessary, difficult on mobile, or slower than expected. Perhaps a category name is unclear, an important link is hard to find, or the next step is not obvious.

You do not need to know the technical name of a problem or provide a complete solution. Describing where you became uncertain, what felt difficult, or what you expected to happen is already useful.

What would make the BiFiles Forum easier, clearer, more accessible, or more comfortable for you to use?

Please avoid posting account details, private information, or security-sensitive technical information publicly.
