Questioning your sexuality is often described as “figuring yourself out,” but that can make it sound much calmer than it actually feels.
For some people, the exhausting part is constantly checking attraction: Was that really attraction? Do I feel enough? Why does it feel different today?
For others, it means replaying old relationships, crushes, fantasies, or experiences and wondering whether they “prove” anything. A shift in attraction can create another round of doubt, even after you thought you had already found a label that fit.
Sometimes the hardest part is not knowing whether you need an answer at all.

Was it analyzing your feelings, comparing yourself with other bisexual people, worrying about choosing the wrong label, reinterpreting your past, or something else?
And was there anything that eventually helped you stop checking yourself quite so constantly?
