For me, one of the biggest challenges was dealing with confusion and doubt — especially because the world often expects you to fit into one label.
It took time to accept that my feelings didn’t have to be “either/or.”

I also found it challenging to talk about it openly, not knowing how people would react.

Exploring your sexual identity can come with many different challenges, especially when expectations from society or relationships are involved.
For some people it’s confusion, for others it’s fear of judgment or not feeling understood.
What was the biggest challenge for you during that time?

I remember a moment where I stopped overthinking everything.

Not because I suddenly had all the answers, but because I realized I didn’t need to figure it all out right away.

That shift made me feel a lot more at peace with myself.

One misconception I hear often is that bisexuality means being “confused” or “going through a phase.” In reality, many bisexual people have a very clear understanding of their identity.
