Welcome to BiFiles Chat. These Terms of Service explain the rules for accessing and using BiFiles Chat. By using this platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use BiFiles Chat.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, using guest access, or participating in BiFiles Chat, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to follow them.
These Terms apply to all users, including guests, registered members, trusted members, moderators, and admins.
2. Purpose of the Platform
BiFiles Chat is a community chat platform designed to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for bisexual people, bi-curious people, and respectful allies to connect, ask questions, share experiences, and take part in conversations.
BiFiles Chat is a community space first. It is not intended to be used primarily as a hookup site, adult solicitation platform, spam space, or place for pushy private messaging.
3. Adults-Only Use
BiFiles Chat is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using BiFiles Chat, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
People under 18 may not create an account, post messages, participate in chatrooms, or use interactive features. If we become aware that an underage person has created an account or used the platform, we may remove the account and related content where appropriate.
4. Accounts and Guest Access
BiFiles Chat may allow both guest access and registered accounts.
- Guests may browse public chatrooms where guest access is enabled
- Guests cannot post messages, send private messages, or interact with other users
- Registered users are responsible for keeping their login details secure
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account
Please notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or misuse of your profile.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use BiFiles Chat responsibly and respectfully. The following behavior is not allowed:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Sexual pressure, unwanted explicit messages, or fetishizing other users
- Pushy private messages, repeated unwanted contact, or ignoring boundaries
- Sharing illegal, harmful, non-consensual, or exploitative content
- Sharing conversations, screenshots, images, audio, or recordings without consent
- Impersonating others or misleading users
- Spam, scams, advertising, self-promotion, or disruptive posting
- Using BiFiles Chat primarily for hookup hunting, adult solicitation, or DM-hunting
- Disrupting conversations or repeatedly ignoring moderator guidance
These rules apply to text, images, audio, video, profiles, usernames, private messages, and any other content or interaction on the platform.
6. Dating, Relationship, Audio and Video Features
Some chatrooms may include conversations about dating, relationships, attraction, sexuality, local connections, audio, or video communication. These features must be used respectfully and only where appropriate.
- Do not pressure anyone to reply, move to private messages, share photos, turn on audio/video, or meet offline
- Do not record, screenshot, store, or share audio/video conversations without consent
- Stop immediately if someone expresses discomfort or does not respond
- Use the right room for the right topic
- Report unsafe or inappropriate behavior when needed
No one owes you attention, conversation, photos, private access, personal information, audio, video, or offline contact.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
BiFiles Chat is moderated to help protect the community and maintain a respectful environment. We reserve the right to review, moderate, restrict, or remove content and accounts where necessary.
Moderation actions may include:
- Guidance, reminders, or warnings
- Removal of content
- Temporary or permanent restrictions
- Removal from specific rooms or features
- Suspension or permanent account removal
Content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or safety expectations may be removed without prior notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and share on BiFiles Chat. By posting or uploading content, you grant BiFiles a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, process, and make that content available within BiFiles Chat as needed to operate the platform.
You must not upload or share content that you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you post and for making sure it does not violate the rights, privacy, or safety of others.
We may remove user content if it violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, legal requirements, or the safety of the community.
9. Privacy and Data
Your use of BiFiles Chat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how guest access, accounts, cookies, technical data, and safety-related information are handled.
By using BiFiles Chat, you agree that your information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. BiFiles Network
BiFiles Chat is part of the wider BiFiles Network, which may include BiFiles.com, BiFiles Forum, BiFiles Stories, BiFiles Articles, and BiFiles Reviews.
- Different parts of the BiFiles Network may run on separate platforms
- Each platform may have its own login, profile system, database, terms, or privacy information
- A BiFiles Chat account does not automatically create an account on every other BiFiles platform
- Links to other BiFiles sections are provided for convenience and community navigation
When you use another part of the BiFiles Network, the rules and privacy information for that section may also apply.
11. Availability and Changes to the Platform
BiFiles Chat is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time, including rooms, features, guest access, audio/video options, or account features.
12. No Professional Advice
BiFiles Chat may include personal stories, opinions, support, identity discussions, relationship conversations, or wellbeing-related topics. Content on BiFiles Chat is for community conversation only and should not be treated as professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiFiles Chat and its operators are not liable for damages, losses, disputes, user behavior, content, interruptions, data loss, or other issues arising from your use of the platform.
Users are responsible for their own interactions, the information they choose to share, and any decisions made based on conversations within the platform.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in BiFiles Chat, legal requirements, platform features, or community standards.
The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of BiFiles Chat after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
