Many bisexual people experience moments of doubt, confusion, or anxiety about their identity — especially when dealing with stereotypes or misunderstanding from others.

Have you ever struggled with bisexual identity anxiety?

    If so:

    • What helped you deal with it?
    • Did talking to others make a difference?
    • Any advice for people going through this right now?

Your experiences might help someone else feel less alone.

    This is an important topic.

A lot of people discovering their bisexuality feel pressure to “prove” their identity to others. That can create a lot of anxiety and self-doubt.

Talking to others who understand the experience can make a huge difference. Hopefully discussions like this help people feel less alone.

For me, it comes in waves sometimes — especially when I feel like I don’t fully fit in anywhere.

What has helped me is reminding myself that my identity doesn’t need validation from others.

Does anyone else experience this in phases, or is it more constant for you?
